Each email you send should have a single, clear goal.

Each part of your email needs to achieve a specific function.

And each email is written as if it's written for the person reading that email.


If this is done well, you make it easier for your subscribers to understand what you want them to do.


This means that you can increase the number of people who take action, whether it's clicking on a link, reading your blog post, or making a purchase.


𝗦𝗼 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀? Here are a few quick tips:



🎯 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 - What do you want your subscribers to do after reading your email? Click a link? Read your blog? Make a purchase? Begin with your goal.


🧠 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗮 𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰 - Unless you speak about various topics, pick one and focus on that. Being varied can be interesting but also quite confusing. Keep it contextual.


⏱️ 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 - People are busy, right? Long, rambling emails only waste time. Get to the point quickly and make sure your call to action is easy to understand.


🦄 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 - Address your subscribers by name and send emails relevant to their interests. This helps build relationships with your subscribers and makes them more likely to take action.
