The problem usually isn't effort.
I've worked with teams, email senders and thought leaders who knew email mattered, put in the hours, and still couldn't get it to perform. Almost every time, the missing piece wasn't effort, but the correct structure, strategy, clarity, and the right person to guide it.
That's the gap I've spent 12+ years learning to close. I came up through commercial and sales work, which means I look at email the way a business does: what does it actually return, and what has to be true for it to get there?
International know-how, with local instinct.
Most of the loud voices in email are international, talking to an international reader. But the advice people around me actually needed was about their own context. Email behaves differently across various markets. Especially in South Africa. It's often a supporting channel rather than the hero, shaped by real cultural and language nuance that the global playbooks miss.
I sit in both worlds. I understand how solid international email structures work, and how to apply them on the ground both locally and globally. That's the edge I bring to every client.
What you can expect from me.
I lead with facts, not gut feel. I'd rather set a realistic expectation than oversell you a number I can't stand behind (you'll never get a fake dashboard screenshot from me). When I'm sure of something because I've tested it, I'll say so plainly. When I'm still learning, I'll tell you that too.
And I put the relationship first. How I treat the people I work with matters more to me than any single result. No one wants to make bad (email) friends, at the end of the day.
